"Therapy is viewed as a collaborative approach between us. In a brief consultation, it is decided if we are a good fit for each other and if I would be able to assist in dealing with and coping the life challenges that you would like to work on. For therapy to be effective, we would both need to show up. We will work, we will laugh, you may cry (my eyes may water a little sometimes) and even be impatient, but at the end of the day, it’s important to remember it’s a process.
Currently I’m only doing video sessions for all our safety until the near future - which is yet to be determined."
