I know how it feels to be at your worst and wanting to get better, since I myself sought out counseling 23 years ago. My focus is on establishing rapport, trust, empathy, and safety; so my clients can feel comfortable and are able to open up about their experiences. I have over 20 years experience in the mental health field, and over 10 years as a clinician. I will be utilizing techniques in cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and solution focused therapies, as well as psychoeducation.
