My practice currently provides online psychotherapy and (limited) neuropsychological services for residents of California in both Spanish and English language. As a Chicana (bilingual and bicultural) my aim is to privilege cultural contexts in assessments and individual psychotherapy as well as to promote more effective strategies for change. Using a multi contextual and integrated approach to treatment, I help clients effectively explore and cope with health concerns and chronic pain, process emotional and physical trauma, and navigate cognitive rehabilitation after brain injury.
