My Approach to Therapy:

My goal is to help adults expand the notion of what some may think therapy to be. I don’t have a cure or a magic wand to change you, but I do have the knowledge, expertise, and experience to help you grow on your life journey. This can be accomplished by reviewing the intersectionality of your circumstances and utilizing therapeutic methods such as person-centered, multicultural, mindfulness-based, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral, expressive art, emotional, compassion-focused, strengths-based, interpersonal, cognitive processing, and solution-focused. I am certified as a Problem Gambling Specialist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MA PGS) and as a Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTP), ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I specialize or have experience counseling individuals with ADHD, other forms of neurodivergence, anger management, relationship and/or family discord, phase of life circumstances or grief, anxiety, mood disorders, racial trauma and identities, depression, gender expression or identity exploration, self-esteem, or body image concerns, and chronic medical conditions such as PCOS
