My approach to therapy is forming a trusting a relationship with my client. Then allowing my client to lead the session so they can gain back their voice. Walking along side as they discover their values and their boundaries. And how they may or may not align. Then exploring moments in their life where they may have been a disruption of attachment. And helping them build a secure relationship with themselves.
