Hi! I'm Dr. Charmain!

Become a part of our network of therapists of color.

Thank you for choosing InnoPsych as a resource for emotional wellness resources. Whether you are in the process of connecting with a therapist for the first time or you have seen a therapist in the past, you may have many questions about the process. We also know that it can sometimes take a few weeks before your first appointment with a therapist. With that in mind, we have created some resources that can help you navigate this process. We hope that these are helpful to you. If there is something that you would like to see, please feel free to let us know!

Your sweet spot is the place where you feel joy, peace, affirmation, love, empowerment, and self-acceptance. It is a place of quiet that allows you to reflect, to discover your voice, to strategize, and to heal. Discovering and connecting to your sweet spot is the key to personal growth and emotional well-being.
