Guided meditation is a technique that has been shown to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Using relaxation strategies on a regular basis will help you develop skills that will help you to better cope with stressful periods in your life. During this guided meditation exercise, Dr. Jackman will walk you through a Favorite Place Imagery where you visualize being in a peaceful and calming space.
