My Approach to Therapy:

The bedrock of my practice is a safe and collaborative relationship where folks feel comfortable exploring the concerns that brought them to therapy. I provide support for adults with anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma-related concerns. My therapeutic approach aims to help you gain richer relationships with yourself and others. My warm and compassionate style will help you explore your challenges while empowering your growth. Our work will explore the tougher parts of your human experience while making space for your joy.
Within our work together, your experiences will be affirmed and your identities celebrated. In order to help you reach your goals, we will collaborate on a wellness plan that incorporates your values and strengths.
My aim is to help you reach beyond the limitations of mere survival, to a life where there is freedom to thryve. Feel free to schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation to discuss how I may support your mental wellness journey.
