About the Event

During this panel discussion, moderated by Dr. Charmain Jackman, DE&I Expert and Clinical Psychologist and Founder, InnoPsych, Inc, we will discuss the inherent risks and opportunities that come with calling out racist statements and behaviors in the workplace. Our industry experts, Cherine Smith, Program Officer at FHI 360, Crista Costa, Head of Learning and Development at Outco, and Christie Lindor, Principal Consultant and CEO, Tessi Counsulting will discuss their professional experiences with addressing racism and discrimination in the workplace. They will share tips and strategies for communicating your stance and how you can position yourself to receive feedback about your actions.
