DO YOU EVER find yourself feeling disconnected from yourself or from those around you? Maybe you’re stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, unfulfillment, lack of motivation, or low self-esteem. Or maybe you’re trying your best to fit in with others and it just doesn’t seem to work?
I FREQUENTLY WORK WITH smart, insightful, and motivated people who have achieved many of their life goals but are still feeling dissatisfied or anxious. As an Indian American, I am passionate about working with South Asian individuals and couples, and will oftentimes draw from my personal experience of navigating cultural and generational differences between myself and my family of origin to better support you. I understand the unique challenges that South Asians in the United States face, and having the opportunity to help individuals and couples work through issues related to cultural adjustment holds a special place in my heart.
IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING with your sense of self-worth, intimacy, vulnerability, social interactions, family issues, tension in your romantic relationships, uncertainty in your life’s path, or with making major life decisions, you have come to the right place.
