Priya Kapoor, LCSW

I am a therapist of almost 20 years who has worked with individuals from age 3 through adulthood, supporting them through family and relationship difficulties, identity formation, and other challenging life periods. I have experience and expertise in both traditional, relational therapy and skills-based work (CBT and DBT). A Queer woman of color, child of immigrants, and the parent of a Genderqueer child, I am deeply committed to acknowledging and addressing the mental health harms caused to members of minority communities, while also affirming and celebrating every individual’s identity as a source of strength and meaning.
