My Approach to Therapy:

Using an anti-oppressive practice and trauma-informed framework, I invite you to bring your current resources, social location, and values that you have inherited from your family, kinships, ancestors, and communities. I do a lot of solution-focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, but at the end of the day I believe the greatest gift a therapist can offer is full presence with a compassionate ear.
