With over a decade of experience, Rose specializes in trauma-focused Cognitive therapy, particularly serving individuals with severe mental illness and developmental disabilities. Her innovative approach integrates evidence-based practices with cultural wisdom and Biblical principles when appropriate. Through individual, couples, children and family therapy, she has successfully helped hundreds of clients in the greater Boston area navigate complex trauma, cultural transitions, and personal growth journeys.
