I specialize in supporting individuals ages 21 + who are experiencing difficulties with Anxiety, Depression and Adjustments. I use a combination of trauma based therapeutic approaches, traditional psychotherapy and systemic approaches to health and wellness. I will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and try different things!
