I am authentic in my approach to therapy. I believe that every individual is different and their mental wellness journey should reflect that. I also have a collaborative approach to therapy, and hold the belief that I am on the journey with the client. I offer a safe space for clients to be their true selves and walk through managing issues such as anxiety, stress, depression or life transitions.
