My Approach to Therapy:

"I am passionate about helping my clients unveil their shame. My motto is ""There's always a mask in the room"" which simply means that we have all had our share of being or becoming something we are not, to hide what we don't want others to see. With that in mind, I ensures that my clients know that once they enter counseling, they can lay down their masks with the end goal being, never feeling the need to pick up their mask again. I am committed to helping my clients find themselves, build confidence and break negative cycles that contribute to unhealthy habits.
Individual, family and couples counseling. Cognitively Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy are modalities used."
