As a therapist, my background as a woman of color, a mother, a first-generation American, a person who has experienced loss shapes my worldview and my approach with clients. It is such a profound privilege to be a therapist and help cultivate true change in my client’s life. My intention in my work with clients is to facilitate a nurturing, supportive, healing space to help empower you to connect with your inner truth and wisdom to live the life you envision for yourself.
