My work centers on relational and attachment wounds —the kinds shaped in families, reinforced in partnership, and often upheld by the systems we move through.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to be fixed, analyzed, or pushed before you’re ready.

We take time to understand what you’ve been through and how it’s shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. Together, we look at patterns with care and curiosity, helping you loosen what no longer serves you and strengthen what does.

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in a relational psychodynamic process, incorporating attachment theory, somatic, and experiential therapies.
