My Approach to Therapy:
I work with daughters of immigrants struggling with relationships, identity, and imposter syndrome. My approach is relational, culturally responsive, and rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help clients explore the different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship where humor, honesty, and warmth are welcome. I draw from IFS, relational-cultural therapy, and attachment-based approaches to help clients build self-trust, set boundaries, and move through self-doubt toward a fuller sense of freedom and belonging.
