I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner trained in functional and integrative medicine. That means I look deeper at sleep, nutrition, hormones, stress, and the full picture - before reaching for a prescription, and when medication is the right tool, we choose it together thoughtfully. I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and genetic testing that can help identify which medications fit your body best. For adults with depression that hasn't responded to multiple medications, I also provide Spravato (esketamine) treatment in my Mesa office, one of the few certified centers in the East Valley.
