My approach to therapy is to create a strong therapeutic relationship by providing an empathic, supportive, open, direct, and nonjudgmental environment with bits of humor mixed in when we can. Not only will you be able to talk about what's bothering you but it's also important to know what to do about it! I will help you manage your stressors by teaching coping skills and relaxation techniques that are individualized and evidence-based approaches. I utilize ACT, DBT, SFBT, CBT, Grief Therapy and other interventions.
