Our experiences shape our thoughts, behaviors and overall outlook on life, and most times we need a safe space and accountability to realize this. As a therapist of color, from an African country, I understand the challenges many people of color, especially immigrants may face when met with the effects of unaddressed past traumatic experiences.My goal as a psychotherapist is to provide you with the opportunity to become more self aware, heal and develop effective tools to help you thrive as your true self.
