As a queer South Asian American therapist, my life experience helps support my empathetic approach in therapy. I specialize in providing body-centered, trauma-informed, psychodynamic therapy to Queer, Trans, Non-Binary, people of color and immigrants of the diasporas. I use a relational and inquisitive approach in treatment, with evidenced-based therapies to help you manage depression, anxiety, overwhelm, worry, stress and dis-ease. I can help you heal trauma, build insight around how your mind works and compassionately transform unhelpful internalized messages. I specialize in working with adults, children and teens.
