I take a relational and emotion-focused approach to therapy. I believe that exploring emotions is the key to understanding the distress we are in and moving through a stressful situation. I also believe that creating an honest and trusting therapeutic relationship is necessary for growth and change. If you have a faith you identify with, we can also use it as a major asset in therapy if you choose.
