My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and systemic. I primarily use Narrative Therapy, helping clients understand the patterns, stories, relationships, and experiences shaping their lives without defining them by the problems they face.

I also integrate attachment-based work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman concepts, Internal Family Systems-informed ideas, and family-of-origin exploration. I pay attention to culture, identity, race, power, and the larger systems influencing clients and relationships.

Therapy with me is not about assigning blame or telling you what to do. I ask questions, offer observations, challenge patterns when helpful, and work with you to create more intentional, connected, and sustainable ways of relating.
