My Approach to Therapy:

My approach to therapy is rooted in cultural responsiveness, relational trust, and a deep commitment to social justice. I provide a safe, affirming space where clients from diverse backgrounds feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and working collaboratively to navigate life’s challenges.

By thoughtfully integrating my personal experiences with advanced clinical training, I foster authentic connections that support healing and growth. I use myself as a therapeutic tool—intentionally and judiciously—to build trust and deepen the therapeutic relationship. My work is grounded in the belief that transformation is possible when clients feel respected, understood, and supported.

I am passionate about helping individuals and families break through systemic barriers, reclaim their voice, and create meaningful change. Whether we’re addressing trauma, identity, family dynamics, or emotional wellness, I walk alongside my clients with compassion, curiosity, and care.
