Your treatment will be individualized to your particular life experience. My talk-therapy approach is relational, psychodynamic and aimed at getting to the root causes of your distress/unhappiness rather than only managing symptoms. I will assist you to understand yourself and your unconscious motivations which will give you the opportunity to make your own choices and free you to live life on your own terms. Treatment is informed by my medical education and training, as well as my doctoral level studies in psychoanalysis.
