I acknowledge the systemic disparities and have a solid commitment to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive, and integrative care for BIPOC, the LGBTQIA+ community, and other marginalized communities. I specialize and/or have experience counseling adults with ADHD, other forms of neurodivergence, complex trauma, difficulty managing anger or mood, relationship and/or family discord, phase of life circumstances, incarceration, grief, anxiety, problem gambling behaviors, racial trauma and identities, depression, parenting concerns, gender or identity expression, self-esteem, or body image concerns, and chronic medical conditions.

I utilize integrative therapeutic methods such as strengths-based, person-centered, multicultural, holistic, mindfulness-based, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral, expressive art, compassion-focused, interpersonal, holistic methods, cognitive processing, and solution-focused.
