I specialize in counseling for individuals, couples, families and children. I am also experienced in anxiety and traumatic stress in children and adolescent. I support trauma and abuse victims of all ages, including adults.

I have clinical experience as well with depression, traumatic grief and parenting issues. With an empasis on compassion, I work with each individual to help them build on their personal strengths so we can attain healing and personal growth.

Firstly, I listen to understand the unique and complex issues that have you searching online for help. Jumping in with one size fits all "solutions" isn't helpful. Once I truly understand your challenges, I apply cutting edge evidence-based treatments with empathy and compassion. I provide measurable relief for those suffering from anxiety.

Even just making the appointment seems overwhelming. Sometimes calling multiple therapists with no response. My administrative staff is responsive and welcoming. That is because we respect the effort it takes you to make that first call. Getting started is intentionally simple. Early morning sessions before work and school are available.
