I support clients facing complex challenges including trauma, severe mental illness, addiction, grief, and eating disorders. My background includes work as a crisis therapist and clinical case manager in county jails, a forensic social worker, and a therapist with Project HEAL. I have also contributed to health equity efforts in MDMA-assisted therapy with Lykos Therapeutics.
I integrate EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Family-Based Therapy to support meaningful, lasting change. My style is person-centered, strength-based, and collaborative.
