My Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I work primarily with adult women who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or self-esteem concerns. I view therapy as a space where we can slow down, build insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change together.
I integrate several evidence-based approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore patterns of thinking and behavior, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build psychological flexibility, and mindfulness-based strategies to increase awareness and grounding. I also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which can help process and resolve underlying experiences that continue to impact how you see yourself and relate to others.
My style is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest and fully yourself. Together, we will identify patterns, develop practical tools, and work toward helping you feel more confident, balanced, and aligned in your life and relationships.
