The most important part of my work is building an environment of trust and security in the therapy room. This is called Person-Centered Therapy. In my treatment, I use talk therapy, play therapy for little ones, sand tray therapy for all ages, and I am trained in EMDR, which is effective for trauma. I look forward to hearing from you!
