Robin Paredes, LCSW

Hello! I’m Robin (she/ella), a 1st generation Mexican-American, Bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I support children, teens, and adults with concerns connected to depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, & attachment issues. I use a holistic approach that takes culture into consideration to aid in restoring the mind-body-spirit. I facilitate healing through the holding of sacred space where your entirety is welcomed, witnessed, held, and explored. In this space we work on acceptance, healing, empowerment, and re-visioning. Via this process you will gain tools and develop the capacity to effectively cope with life stressors. My hope for you is an increased understanding of self, purpose, resilience, and presence. I believe my clients are resilient, resourceful, and hold the capacity to change. In addition to individual therapy, I facilitate a Women's Circle to aid in community healing/care. Using an intimate open group format, this yearlong drop-in Women's Circle offers opportunities to practice vulnerability, give/receive support, and develop skills to nourish your healing journey throughout the year.
