My Approach to Therapy:

As a queer, neurodivergent Mexican woman and first-generation professional, I offer a deep understanding of what it means to navigate complex systems while holding multiple, intersecting identities. I hold space for clients to explore all parts of themselves — even those shaped by shame, doubt, or silence. I tend to work with clients who are introspective, emotionally aware, and ready to explore the “why” behind their patterns. Many are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the lingering effects of childhood trauma. They come to therapy seeking greater ease, clarity, and connection — with themselves and with others. They’re looking for support that honors both where they’ve been and where they hope to go. I offer a space for the parts of you that feel unseen, stuck, or afraid. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in psychodynamic therapy and DBT, with a focus on adults, couples, and teens. Together, we’ll gently explore what lies beneath the surface and move toward deeper healing and growth.
