My Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative. I believe that there is no "one size fits all" and pull from a variety of different approaches to tailor sessions to your needs. I specialize in, but am not limited to DBT, ACT, CBT, mindfulness based practices, narrative and psychodynamic therapy. I work with clients to help strengthen and build a tool kit of practical skills to better navigate life's daily stressors and challenges. I primarily work with clients who struggle with life transitions, intergenerational trauma, cultural identity, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. If you are seeking a therapist who values authenticity, meaningful connection, and growth at a pace that feels right for you, I would be honored to support you.
