I have over seventeen years (post - license) of experience in community-based therapy. I have a relational, trauma informed, approach that can help with emotional reconciliation, identify life patterns, and your unique creative strengths. A safe, relaxed, and non-judgmental space is provided where you may further develop your insights and self-expression. Types of treatment/therapy include CBT, Cognitive Processing, Psychodynamic, creative expressions (including use of arts, literature, and music) and Jungian. I work with adult (18+) individuals from all cultures, life situations, genders, and sexual orientations. Welcome working with immigrants and refugees!
