My Approach to Therapy:

I have expertise in treating children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, AR/FID, school avoidance, and borderline personality disorder. I am extensively trained in empirically-supported treatments, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
I also have particular experience in working with Asian/Asian-American individuals in individual and family therapy, especially related to identity and family conflict.
At this time, I am providing CBT, ERP, and DBT-informed treatment. I provide individual therapy for children over age 7, adolescents, and adults, as well as family therapy and parent coaching. I have current openings during daytime hours.
