I believe that everyone possesses positive, innate tools that can help them conquer life’s challenges, gain personal growth, and experience healing. I specialize in working with women experiencing personal challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem/self-worth, postpartum, and other life transitions.
My compassionate, strengths-based and person-centered approach aims at helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and improve overall self-care. I integrate varied therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Self-Compassion, Mindfulness Practices, and Breathing Techniques.
Honoring the importance of the therapeutic relationship, I offer an empathic, nonjudgmental space that welcomes vulnerability, personal reflection and exploration.
