My Approach to Therapy:

Therapy is a place to build deeper understandings of yourself, your experiences, and what that means to you. It takes a lot of courage to (re)connect with yourself and share your story. I firmly believe that what you need to heal already exists inside of you. I approach therapy collaboratively to tailor services that align with your goals and values. I strive to co-create a space where you can authentically express yourself and safely explore your inner world. My practice is anchored in mindfulness, somatic practices, and anti-oppressive work to address unprocessed trauma, attachment wounds, old narratives, and how memories are stored in the body.
Whether it’s untangling stories that no longer serve you or unrooting oppressions that have been (unconsciously) internalized, I work with you to reclaim your voice and restore your autonomy. I honor the cultural knowledge and ancestral wisdom that each of us carries, integrating valuable elements into the healing process as you see fit. It is my mission to decolonize therapy to foster a space where all your identities, experiences, and stories are welcomed. I am committed to my own continuous work of unlearning and relearning to best support your transformation and liberation.
