My approach to therapy is working to help clients see they have many more options available to them then they could imagine. I believe a safe, non judgmental space is essential to the work of healing. Everyone should be empowered to work at becoming their most authentic self and learning to love who that is. I am not a coddler, I shoot straight and attempt to help clients leave their comfort zone quickly, especially when its on a bed of 9 inch nails.
