Additionally, I also place focus on navigating family expectations, childhood trauma, and the emotions surrounding "never feeling good enough".

As an inclusive and affirming therapist, I incorporate sensitivity and respect to differences in opinions and values of various cultures and welcome individuals of all gender identities, sexual identities, and cultural identities.
