Hi! I am Dr. Allison Williams, licensed clinical psychologist and owner of Earthly Bonds Psychotherapy. I currently provide individual psychotherapy services via telehealth to adults across the state of Mississippi. My practice primarily treats concerns related to fear, trauma, and culture/lifestyle.

I help my clients get unstuck - you’ll choose a direction, how you want your life to look, and I’ll assist in getting you moving in that direction. Therapy isn’t magic (as much as I’d fancy being a sort of Dumbledore), so I can’t make problems disappear, but I can journey with you to help you navigate, move through, and get over the obstacles standing in the way of living a life you would love.

My approach to treatment varies in relation to my client's personality and needs, but it generally involves mindfulness and acceptance components, as well as changing patterns of behavior. Modalities include ACT, ERP, CBT, Person-Centered, and Expressive Arts.
