During this process, I am sensitive, supportive, and solution-focused in offering therapeutic services. Each individual is so unique; therefore, I have an Eclectic style to engaging patients in therapy. My therapeutic method includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional disorders.
