My Approach to Therapy:
"Although you may not believe it, you are stronger than you think. Through our work in therapy, I will help you to find your strengths and learn to leverage them in times of need. I work collaboratively with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship concerns, in addition to behavioral concerns in children.
I take pride in building strong therapeutic relationships that create new and lasting changes. I use a strength-based, multicultural model to develop insight while addressing concerns in behavioral and relational patterns. With children, I use play and talk therapy to assist them in identifying strengths and reducing negative symptoms of distress.
Finding and using our strengths can be difficult; however, I know you are closer than you may believe to cultivating the life that you desire. I am ready to walk with you and your family on the path to achieving happiness and fulfillment. Please reach out, and we can set up a phone/email consultation to determine your next steps."
