Professional therapeutic services are offered in a culturally competent manner, tailored for your specific needs. Individual therapy is available using primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. Clients from diverse backgrounds, races, ethnicity, sexual and gender orientations, religions, and cultural beliefs are welcome. Due to Covid-19 only virtual video or phone sessions are currently offered.
