Embracing Healing Justice (HJ) is a transformative journey towards dismantling the oppressive structures that affect our mental well-being. This framework, intricately woven with threads of racial, disability, and economic justice, empowers us to interrupt the chains of systemic oppression. My commitment lies in championing vulnerable populations, employing a person-centered, holistic and solution-focused approach. I support my clients in navigating the intricate tapestry of social identities to foster healing, resilience and transformative change.

I employ an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and healing-centered approach rooted in liberation health practices, integrating trauma-informed care to CBT, DBT and MI modalities. I offer individual and couples tele-therapy and child and adolescent counseling with specialities delivering LGBTQIA2S Affirmative therapy to Black, Latinx and immigrant communities.

I aim to support the emotional wellness of all people and strive to create a space to undertake social issues through courageous conversations. We are complex individuals living in complex systems, externally and internally. You deserve support that honors all aspects of your lived experience.
