My Approach to Therapy:

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on your unique experiences and goals. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to guide you as you explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thought patterns, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to foster psychological flexibility, and somatic therapy to connect with the body’s wisdom.

My goal is to help you tap into your inner strengths and resilience, empowering you to make informed decisions. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth, working together to achieve a more fulfilling life.
