My personal experience as a first generation Jamaican-American, BIPOC clinician has also led me to being passionate about working with emerging adults who deal with generational trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and depression. As your therapist my desire is to take the time to get to know you as a person to better help provide an all around holistic approach to therapy where we care for the mind, body, and soul.
