I am the founder: Our approach centers on mastering effective communication skills, skillfully resolving conflicts, and understanding the nuances of racialized, environmental, and intergenerational influences in relationships. Our services are broad yet specialized, ranging from couples therapy and individual counseling to specific areas such as intercultural/interracial couple dynamics, perinatal mental health, and sex therapy.
