In my therapy practice, my goal is to get to know you, to understand where you've been, and to support you in finding where you want to go. As your advocate, who is fiercely empowering and compassionate, we will work as a team to develop your strengths and the ability to move toward the things that are healing for you. I offer an integrative approach of Narrative therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Mindfulness that takes into account both the individual experience and your place within systems.
