I specialize in anxiety, stress depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, body positivity, and perfectionism. My approach is strength based and solutions based. I like to have fun in my sessions and provide a safe space for my clients to be their most authentic self. I challenge my clients by reflecting on their fears and negative cognitions in order to assist them to use tools that match. These tools are to help reframe their thoughts to increase a functional happier lifestyle.
